The Creative Press theme is an originally created for wordpress by Jinsona and ported to blogger by Cahaya Biru.
As you may be familiar with Jinsona's style, this template is a full power theme that incorporates a lot of Jazzy features like the slider. For some reason this template structure resembles another of Jinsona's design the Scarlett theme. Perhaps because of the search button in the header section.
Although the creative press is functionally robust it does manage to fit into the slick design category, a good reason for that is the single drop down rather than a double and the open slider design gives it a free feeling.
The laptop in the header makes this blog suitable for a tech website and just above that the menu navigation and blog title on the top left is seen. The main column starts off with a welcome to the blog section.
Then you have the featured posts which I think is integrated with the main posts, maybe I am wrong. The posts on the home page have an automatic read more function. The right hand side holds a single sidebar that then breaks up into two. The sidebar starts off with a widget displaying the recent posts and below that is a twitter update display.
The ad that lies in the sidebar seems to be out of place as its not inline with the twitter section. This can be worked around, finally the sidebars break into two columns and the blog ends with a widget enabled footer section.

If you are a football lover and want to write about it, then Template Futebol is the perfect theme for you. Its a 3 column template, that's an original creation of Templates Novo blogger.
Its a professional looking theme that has an interesting layout. The header includes a horizontal menu bar to add your categories, the image of the grass and football looks quite nice. Below it is the search box, drop-down menu for post labels or tags and the subscribe icons.
To activate the search form, find the following code in Edit Html and add your blog url.

The main column appears in a different format. Here the last published post is highlighted in a bigger box and summarized automatically with a larger image than the other posts.
Whereas the rest of the posts appear automatically in smaller boxes in a summarized format with thumbnail images. The boxes have rounded edges which are not visible in Internet Explorer. The sidebar on the left can be used to place additional blogger widgets.

After loads of searching for a food template for our Goan Food blog, we came across Template Mama's blog. This template was perfect for the blog.
Kiss the Cook is available as a two or three column template, its simple and elegant. The theme has an interesting table cloth kind of background image and an impressive header image.
The colour scheme of the blog is minimal, but the template design is rather simple leaving ample room for tweaking. The icons used are pleasant and fit well with the cooking theme.
The template does give a feeling of a basic blogger template, it lacks a navigation bar and could have more variety in it but overall it does fulfill its purpose, you can download either version from the links below.

Christmas Warmth is another beautiful theme for this festive occasion, designed for blogger by Lena and is available for download at the end of this post.
Its a 3 column template with a lovely header image that has a Christmasy feel to it. You can add your blog title and tag line at the bottom right of the image, while the menu bar appears on the top left of the image.
The rest of the layout has a simple and neat design. The main column has the date stamp on top and the rest of the post details like author, comments and labels appear at the end of the post.
The remaining two columns appear on the right adjacent to each other. The first sidebar starts with About Me and the second one has the default Blog archive widget, you can add more blogger widgets that suits your blog theme.
If you are looking for a simple design with a Christmas feel to it, then this theme is ideal for you.

Insight has designed some really unique blogger templates. This one is Bloggerpress, a 2 column magazine style theme with a neat layout.
Blogger Press starts with the menu bar on top where you can display your 'Home', 'About', 'Contact' links etc. The header space has been used for the blog title, tagline, search box on the right, and a slider to highlight relevant posts. The image size for the slider should be 150 x 100px. Go to Layout--Edit Html and search for the following code -

Below it the latest post is highlighted in a horizontal box, with the headline, summary, automatic image and the read more link. While the remaining posts are displayed in a vertical box format that includes the image, short summary of the post and read more link.
The sidebar starts with the About Me section, and you can insert additional blogger widgets that goes well with your theme. Bloggerpress also has a 3-column footer space to include more features. Overall its a nice template, more like a wordpress theme packed with features.

Cute Dino Grey is a 3 column blogger theme designed by Noyod. Its a cute template that can be used for kids, animals or a cartoon blog.
The theme has a catchy header image of dinos and in the middle of that the blog title and tag line will appear along with a horizontal menu bar. The main column on the right has the date stamp on top of the post headline, while the author name, labels, comments and time appear at the end of the post.
The two columns on the left have dino icons next to each page element. The first sidebar includes sponsored ad space followed by labels and additional blogger widgets. While the second sidebar has an internal search box on top, followed by Subscribe RSS icon for your readers to keep updated with latest content and the default recent posts widget.
A similar theme to Cute Dino Grey is Diddle Tux. Its a 3 column theme with similar layout but different colour variations.

Remix Zone is a 3 column theme created by Simplywp and ported to blogger by Anshul. The theme has a simple and neat design that can be used for personal or photo blog.
The blog title appears on top with a one-line description and on the right are the RSS and Twitter icons, so you can keep your readers updated with the latest posts and events. To activate Twitter icon, go to Edit Html, search for the code below and add your twitter id.

Template TV is a 3 column theme created by Templates Novo Blogger. As usual her themes are very interesting in terms of features and layout. Let's take a look.
This theme is ideally suited for movies or an entertainment blog. The header splits into two, one the left appears the blog title and one line brief of your blog, and the right you can insert a banner ad. Below that is the horizontal menu to add pages and categories. The header image has plasma TV images with shots of various TV soaps. You can download the PSD files of the plasma TVs in case you are keen on making changes in the header.
This theme is quite flexible, each post appears in a box and it can come in a expandable format or 'Read More' if you prefer. In case you are using the new post editor of blogger, then click on "Insert jump break" icon in the toolbar, and 'Read more' will be inserted in the post at your cursor position.
If you don't use the new post editor, you can still insert a jump break in Edit HTML mode by adding where you want to position the jump break. The images in the demo are the same size as the width of the column, if you want that feature, then ensure your images have 596px width and 120px height. In order to align it, add the code -

At the end of the post appears the author name, labels, twitter and RSS feed icon, and the comments.
The sidebar is divided into three columns, one with full width at top and two columns are parallel below. At the top of the sidebar you can display images each other - width 338px and height 120px. To add the links, go to Layout-Page Elements, click on Edit Picture and add your image. In case you don't want the images on top, then delete each gadget.
The sidebar also allows you to add videos and an internal search box as well. Giving you extra space, the footer is divided into 3 columns to display additional categories or widgets.
